HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1964-1095 (Special)ORDINANCE NO. 1095 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING A PORTION OF KIMBALL PARK AS THE SITE FOR A PROPOSED CIVIC CENTER. THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DO ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. That a portion of Kimball Park, being a public park owned by said city, be and hereby is designated as the site for a proposed civic center. Section 2. That said portion of said Kimball Park is described as follows: The Westerly one -quarter of 10 Acre lot 5, excepting the Northerly 40 feet (12th Street) and the Westerly 40 feet (National Avenue), and also the Westerly one -quarter of 10 Acre lot 6, excepting the Westerly 40 feet (National Avenue), all of Quarter Section 154, Rancho de La Nacion, according to Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill on file in the Recorder's office of San Diego County, California. ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 1964, by vote of the electorate of the City of National City at a special election held April 14, 1964. ORDINANCE NO. 1095 dated April 14, 1964.
