HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1961-1002 Rezone (Repealed by 1503)ORDINANCE NO. 022 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 962 BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES IN NATIONAL CITY WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Government Code of California, proceedings were duly initiated for the rezoning of that certain parcel of real property hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of said City and also by the City Council of said City, and all persons interested were given an apportu- pity to appear and be heard before said Planning Commission and said City Council, and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council its report and has recommended such rezoning. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of National City, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All protests, if any, against said rezoning, and each of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled. SECTION 2. Section 467 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 962 and shall read as follows: SECTION 4.7: That notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4 of this Ordinance, there is hereby established and adopted: (A) A C-2, Limited Commercial Zone, for all that certain real property more particularly described as follows: The Northerly 122 feet of the Easterly 330 feet of the Southerly Half of the Southeast Quarter of 40 Acre Lot 1, Quarter Section 132 of Rancho de la Nacion, according to Map No. 166 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, May 11, 1869. PASSED, AND ADOPTED BY THE CITYIL of the City of National City, California, this _day of 1961. MAYOR
