HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1961-984 Adds § 4.3 to Ord. 962, zoning (Repealed by 1503)ORDINANCE NO. 984 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 962 BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES IN NATIONAL CITY WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Government Code of California, proceedings were Q:initiated `or the rezoning of that certain parcel of real property herein- after described, and WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of said City and also by the City Council of said City, and all persons interested were given an opportunity To appear and be heard before said Planning Commission and said City Council, and r WHERES, the City Planning Commission of National City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council its report and has recommended such rezoning. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Counci I of the City of National City, California, does ordain as follows: SECTION !, =;; protests, if any against such rezoning, and each of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled SECTION 2. Section 4.3 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 962 and shall read as follows: SECTION 4.3: That notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4 of this Ordinance, there is hereby established and adopted: (A) A C-3-C, General Commercial Zone, with zero foot setback, for all that certain real property more particularly described as follows: Lots I to 20 inclusive, Block 3 of Flora H. Kimball's Subdivision of the East Half of Ten Acre Lot 16, Quarter Section 152 of Rancho de la Nacion, according to Map thereof No. 44, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, Septem- ber 30, 1886; Also the alley in said Block and that portion of 28th Street, lying in the East Half of Ten Acre t Lo,. 16, Quarter Section 152 of Rancho de la Nacion, which lies South of and adjoining lots 11-20 inclusive of said Block 3; Also that portion of the West Half of "G" Avenue as closed to public use, lying East of and adjoining Lots I and 20 and the alley in said Block 3, and East of and adjoining the above mentioned vacated portion of 25th Street, all as closed to public use and vacated by virtue of Resolution No. 505, adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of National City, a certified copy of said resolution having been filed for record on April 25, 1921, in the Recorder's Office.
