AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 962 BY REZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES IN NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Govern-
ment Code of California, proceedings were duly initiated for the
rezoning of those certain parcels of real property hereinafter described,
and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice, hearings were held
by the City Planning Commission of said City and also by the City Council
of said City, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to
appear and be heard before said Planning Commission and said City Council,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National City has
regularly and duly certified to the City Council its report and has re-
commended such rezoning.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of National City,
California, does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All protests, if any against said rezoning, and each
of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled.
SECTION 2. Section 4. 12 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 962
and shall read as follows:
SECTION 4. 12 That notwithstanding any thing to the contrary in
Section 4 of this Ordinance, there is hereby established and adopted:
(a) A C-2, Limited Commercial Zone, for all that certain real
property described as the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Quarter section 105, Rancho de la Nacion, except the North 250 feet of
the East 110 feet and except for those portions thereof dedicated for street
purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of National
City, California this-? `-`-`-day of February, 1962 by the following vote, to wit:
Allen, Hollingsworth, Drorgan, Reid, Fart
