SECTION ADDINGSECTIONS H, 1, K i O 43.1 OF ORDINANCE 708, ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPERTY USED FOR SWAP MEETS The City Council the City of National City, does ordain as follows: SEC 43.1 of Ordinance 708 is hereby amended by adding Sections (h), (i), (j) and (k) thereto as follows: (h) Such portions of Real Property to be used by an operator for the conducting of a swap meet as are utilized for a sales area, for parking, and for the foot travel of participants, shall be paved with surfacing approved by the Director of Public yvorks prior to such Real Property being utilized for the conduct- ng of a swap meet. Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent an operator from Installing suitable landscaping or lawns, in lieu of paving, in any of areas subject to this paragraph. (i) line portions of Real Property more fully described in the preceeding paragraph shall be fenced with fencing not less than 6 feet in height, such fence to be constructed of chain link or other open type material which would not materially obscure visibility through such fencing. (j) All parcels of Real Property used for the con- ducting of swap -meet s sha l I be serviced by adequate rest room facilities. (k) No person shall remain overnight on premises used for the conducting of a swap meet.
