2. Permit fees for gaseous tube outline lighting, decorative
lighting and/or formed for advertising purposes shall be
based on the following:
First two (2) transformers and/or flashes
therefor $1.50
For each additional transformer and/or flasher .25
For each sign requiring inspection
before erection 2.50
3. Incandescent Tamp signs:
For each incandescent lamp sign
including sign flashers
1 to 10 lamp holders for each sign .25
11 to 25 lamp holders for each sign .50
26 to 50 lamp holders for each sign 1.00
51 to 100 lamp holders for each sign 2.00
101 to 200 lamp holders for each sign 3.00
Over 200 lamp holders for each sign 5.00
(h) Fees for each item of equipment such as generators,
rectifiers, motors, transformers or other similar
equipment including controlling and distributing
apparatus shall be in accordance with the following
table:

1. Fees for busways, trolley ducts and similar equipment
shall be based on the following schedule:
Each 20-foot section or major fraction thereof
for busway or trolley duct operating at a
maximum of 120-240 volts single-phase $ .25
Each 20-foot section or major fraction thereof
for busway or trolley duct operating at a
maximum of 240 volts 3-phase .50
Each 20-foot section or major fraction thereof
for busways or trolley duct operating at a
maximum of 600 volts 3-phase. 1.50
2. No fee shall be required for moving any motor from one
place to another after a permit has once been obtained
for such motor and the fee required for thereof has
been paid.

3 No fee shall be required for any motor which is a
part of any appliance provided the required fee is
paid for such appliance.
4. No fee shall be required for any such equipment
provided the required fee is paid for such equipment.
(1) For heating equipment outlets not grouped on a branch
circuit, including ranges, welding outfits, furnaces and
the like anc their connections and following fees shall
be paid:
Not more than 2 KW .50
Not more than 5 KW .75
Not more than 10 1.00
Over IC 1.00
Plus 5 cents for each additional KW or KVA over 10
(j) The fee for an electrical utility connection shall be
twenty-five cents (:a .25) for each such connection.
(k) For each set of service entrance conductors including one
(1) meter, the fees shall be as follows:
1. Entrance conductors:
Not larger than No. 1 :31.00
Not larger than 200 i.1CM 1.50
Not larger than 400 MCM 2.50
Larger than 500 i.1CP. 3.50
Plus 25 cents for each additional service meter
2. Fees for temporary services:
Construction pole assembly $1.50
Temporary service other than construction pole 1.50
(1) In addition to any other penalty provided in this code for
violations thereof, any person who has done any electrical
work without a permit where a permit is required by this
article, or who has caused any such work to be done without
a permit, shall pay a fee of ten dollars (>10.00) in addition
to the regular permit fee for inspection of such work.
