HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1959-958 Rezone (Repealed by 962)ORDINANCE NO. 958 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 750 BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES IN NATIONAL CITY WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Government Code of California and Ordinance No. 750 of the City of National City, and upon the filing of a proper petition by the land owners, proceedings were duly initiated for the rezoning of those certain parcels of real property hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, pursuant to due and legal notice hearings were held by the City Planning Commission of said City and also by the City Council of said City, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to appear and be heard before said Planning Commission and said City Council, and dHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of National City has regularly and duly certified to the City Council its report and has recommended such rezoning. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of National City, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: All protests, if any, against said rezonings, and each of them, be and hereby are denied and overruled. Section 2: Section 4.22 is hereby added to Ordinance No. 750 and shall read as follows: Section 4.22: That not withstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4 of this Ordinance, there is hereby established and adopted: (A) An R-4, Multiple Family Residence District zone for all that certain property more particularly des- cribed as follows: Lots II and 12, ROTH TRACT, according to Map thereof No. 1741, filed December 28, 1922 in the Recorder's Office of San Diego County. Also the East Half of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Quarter Section 106, RANCHO DE LA NACION, according to Map by Morrill No. 166, EXCEPTING therefrom the Southerly 853.2 feet thereof. (B) A C-2, General Business District zone for all that certain property more particularly described as follows: Lot G, Block 8, Lincoln Acres Orchard Subdivision as shown on Map No. 1785, San Diego County Records, National City, California.
