THE CITY COUNCIL. of the City
of National City, Califon:la, does or -
in as follows:
SECTION 1: The City Council of Na-
tional City, California, hereby de-
clares its intention to vacate and
close the following described por-
tion of 12th Street as shown on
Map thereof No. VW of National
City on file in the office of the
Recorder of San Diego County,
California, more particularly de-
scribed as follows:

and commonly known as 12th
Street. bounded and described
as follow:

Number 200: bounded on the
Rest by the Southerly prolon-
gation of the Westerly pine of

certain map or plan on file in the
office of the City Clerk, of the
City of National City.
Section 4: The City Council has de-
ternuned that. the public conven-
ience and necessity require the res-
ervation of easements and rights of
way for structures enumerated In
Section S330 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of
California: that this prcx:ealing 1
taken subject to such reservations
and exceptions.
Secti n 5: The Superintendent of
Streets of the City of National
City. California, is hereby directed
to post notice of the passage 'of
this Ordinance and the time and
place for hearing. in aroordance
with law.
Section 0: That. before the expiration
of 1.5 days a ftcr its passage, the

paper of weekly circulation. print-
