ORDINANCE DETERMINING
AMOUNT OF REVENUE. NECES-
SARY FROM PROPERTY TAXES
FOR SUPPORT OF ITS DEPART-
MENTS ANI) TO PAY BONDED
INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY
OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFOR-
NIA, FOR FISCAL YEAR 1931-112.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section
51.50S of the Government Code of the
State of California, the City Council
of the City of National City, Cali-
fornia, is required to fix the amount
of revenue, from property taxes, ne-
cessary to support its departments
for the current year and to pay the
bonded Indebtedness;
NOW, THEREFORE. the City
Council of the City of National City,
California, does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Council
of the City of National City, Cal-
ifornia, does determine that the
amount of revenue required for
the operation of departments of
the City Government and to pay
the bonded Indebtedness of said
City for the fiseal year of 19.51-52
is as follows:

SECTION 2: That the amount to
be raised by property tax for gen-
eral revenue for said fiscal year
is the sum of 342,902.37 after de-
linquencies.
SECTION 3: That the amount to be
raised by property tax necessary
to pay the bonded Indebtedness
of Bond No. 6 for the said fiscal
year is the sum of f5,5S6.O6 after
delinquencies.
SECTION 4: That no levy is neces-
sary on property for the refund-
ing of sewer bonds No. S for said
fiscal year.
SECTION 5: That the anoint to be
raised by property tax for special
funds for said fiscal year Is as
follows:
(A) Library Fund: 326,646.97
(13) Park Fund: 29,( ,75
(C) Retirement Fund: 50, 741.02
all after delinquencies.
8 E(T1ON 6: This ordinance shall
take effect on Its passage and
adoption pursuant to Sub -section
(d) of Section 3t7J37 of the Gov-
ernment Code of the State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the
City Council of the City of National
City, California. this 21st day of
August, 1951, by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Clarke. Curly,
Hart, Ingalls. Carrigan.
NAYS: Councilmen None.
