NECES- SARY FROM PROPERTY TAXES FOR SUPPORT OF ITS DEPART- MENTS ANI) TO PAY BONDED INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFOR- NIA, FOR FISCAL YEAR 1931-112.
