ORDINANCE NO. 752
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CER-
TAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO
THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY,
A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the owners of the fol-
lowing described property have peti-
tioned the City Council of the City
of National City for annexation of
the said property, and
WHEREAS, the said property is
uninhabited, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the
City Council set the same for hear-
ing at the Council Chambers, City
Hall, National City, at 8:00 o'clock
P.M., on the 15th day of June, 1948,
and hearing was regularly held on
said date and no one protesting the
said annexation and the said prop-
erty owners having consented in
writing to pay their proportionate
share of the prior indebtedness of
said city;
The property heretofore referred to
is described as follows:
Those portions of the Southwester-
ly Quarter of Quarter Section 104,
of Rancho de la Nacion, according
to Map thereof No. 166 by Morrill,
filed in the office of the Recorder
of San Diego County, described
as follows:
PARCEL 1.
Commencing at a point in the
Westerly line of said Southwester-
ly Quarter which is South 19° East
660 feet from the Northwesterly
corner of said Southwesterly Quar-
ter; thence North 71° East 330
feet; thence South 19° East 130
feet; thence North 71° East 330
feet; thence South 19° East 530
feet to a point in the southerly
line of said Southwesterly Quar-
ter; thence South 71 ° West along
said Southerly line 660 feet to the
Southwesterly corner of said
Southwesterly Quarter; thence
North 19° West along the Westerly
line of said Southwesterly Quar-
ter 660 feet to the point of com-
mencement.
PARCEL 2.
Commencing at the Northwesterly
corner of said Southwesterly Quar-
ter and running thence North 71°
East along the Northerly line of
said Southwesterly Quarter 330
feet; thence South 19° East 660
feet; thence South 71° West 330
feet to a point in the Westerly
line of said Southwesterly Quar-
ter; thence North 19° West along
said Westerly line 660 feet to the
point of commencement; EXCEPT-
ING THEREFROM the Easterly
150 feet of the most Northerly 170
feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City
Council of the City of National City,
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: The following de-
scribed property is hereby annexed
to the City of National City and des-
ignated ANNEX NO. 2:
SECTION 2: The boundaries of
the aforesaid described property
are set forth as follows:
The real property in San Diego
County, California, described as fol-
lows:
Those portions of the Southwest-
erly Quarter of Quarter Section
104, of Rancho de la Nacion, ac-
cording to Map thereof No. 166 by
Morrill, filed in the office of the

described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwesterly
corner of said Southwesterly
Quarter and running thence North
71° East along the Northerly line
of said Southwesterly Quarter o30
feet; thence South 19' East 660
feet; thence South 71° West 330
feet to a point in the Westerly
line of said Southwesterly Quar-
ter; thence North 19° West along
said Westerly line 660 feet to the
point of commencement; EXCEPT-
ING THEREFROM the Easterly
150 feet of the most Northerly 170
feet.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect on the
thirty-first day after passage.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall
cause this Ordinance to be published
once in the National City News, a
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the City
of National City.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall
cause a certified copy of this Or-
dinance to be recorded in the office
of the Secretary of State of the State
of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the
City Council of the City of National
City, California, this 28th day of
September, 1948, by the following
vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Adams, Curry,
Matthews, Thatcher, Fritz.
NAYS: Councilmen None.
ABSENT: None:
