AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OR-
DINANCE NO. 622 OF THE ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF NA..
TIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA,
PASSED AND ADOPTED MARCH
23, 1933, BY ADDING SECTION
17�/z TO SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of
National City, Californiai, does
ordain:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 622
of the Ordinances of the City of
National City, California, passed
and adopted the 23rd day of
March, 1933, is hereby amended
by inserting Section no. 17% in
said Ordinance. Section no. 171,E
shall read as follows:
Section 171/2: Any building,
structure, premise or use which
does not conform to the require-
ments of this Ordinance and
such was in existence or in use
at the time of passage of this
Ordinance, and the same is not
used for such non -conforming
use fora period of one hundred
and eighty (180) days then
the use of such building or
premise must thereafter con-
form to the use of the district
or zone within which it is sit-
uated.
Section 2. City Clerk of the
City of National City, California,
is hereby directed to publish this
Ordinance once in the National
City News, a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation, printed and pub-
lished in the City of National
City, California. This Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
Thirty-one (31) days after its
final passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by
the City Council of the City of
National City, California, this
5th day of March, 1940, by the
following vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Cording-
ly, Kilcrease, Thatcher, Warner,
Bird
NAYS: Councilmen none
ABSENT none
