HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC ORD 1945-710 Alley vacation (Special)710 ORDINAi CE NO. 710 AN ORDI dIO CE OF INTENTION TO VACATE AND CLOSE PUBLIC ALLEY IN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA THE CITYCOUNCIL OF 'PPE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: The City Council of the City of National City, California, hereby declares the intention to vacate and close the following described alley: Closing all that portion of the alley running North and South in Block_ 169 between. the Southerly lire of 23rd Street and the Northerly lino of 24th Street, as said Block is shown on the Map of National City, #348, on file in the Recorders Office of San Diego C'o,nity, State cf California. Section 2: Time for hearing of any or all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for 7:30 P. M. on the 7th day of August, 1945, at the City Hall, National City, California. Section 3: The City Clerk of the City of National City, Calif- ornia shall cause this Ordinance to 1,e published once in the Natinal City News, a weekly newspaper printed and published in the City of National. City, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of National City, California this 17th day of July, 1945, by the following vote, to - wit: AYES: Councilmen Christman, Cordingly, Newberry, Thatcher, Fritz.
