REOF. The City Council of the City of National City, California, DO OaDant as follows: Section 1. All installations of gas piping; and fixtures in any building in the City of National City, California, shall be installed in the manner and of the kinds, sizes and materials as hereinafter stated. and all such work shall in- spected. (b) One half (1/2") inch pipe may be installed in a vertical position only, not to exceed five feet in length. In walls of brick and concrete construction, risers shall not be built in but walls must be recessed to receive them_ and all such risers shall be run with galvanized pipe. Each privately owned meter shall have installed on the inlet side of the meter a standard lever handle brass stop cock. Ready access to the meter and stop cock must be maintained at all times. The fees to be paid. the Plumbing Inspector for inspection shall be as follows: For 3 outlets or less ; ..00 For each additional outlet .10 For each trip subsequent to the first on account of one defect in piping 1.00 For each additional defect over one .50 Such fees so collected l.y the Plumbing Inspector shall constitute full compensation for the performance of the duties required of him under this Ordinance. He shall at least once each month report to the City Clerk the amoant of all fees received by him hereunder. 95. SECTION III. Every person, firm or corporation violating; any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be doomed guilty of a rnisdeameanor and upon conviction thereof shall be :uniehed by a fine not exceedintr 0_00.00 or by imprisonment in the City Jail of said City of National City for c. period not e_;:ceeding three months, or by . oth such fine and imprisonment. SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall Lake; effect and be in force on the thirty-first day after the date of its final SECTION V.
