SOS OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO TRAVEL AND TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS. THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of National City, California, DO ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 508 entitled "An Ordinance Regu- lating Travel and Traffic upon the Public Streets in the City of Na- tional City, California, and Repeal- ing Ordinance No. 333 of said City" be and it is hereby amended by adding thereto Sections 21-A and 21-B, as follows, to -wit: "Section 21-A. FOLLOWING FIRE APPARATUS. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle other than one on official business, to follow any fire appara- tus traveling in response to a fire alarm, closer than one (1) block or to park any vehicle within the block where fire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm "Section 21-B. CROSSING FIRE 1 OSE. No \vehicle :hall be driven ever any unprotected hose of any Fire Department when laid down on any street, alley or private drive- way, to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, without the consent of the Fire Marshall or the assistant in command." -ection 2. That this ordinance rhall take effect and be in force on the thiriy-first clay from and after the date of its final passage. Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Or- dinance and shall cause the same to L=n puhltshed once in the National City News within fifteen (15) days after its passage.
