ORDINANCE NO. 651
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NATIONAL CITY, CALI-
FORNIA ADDING SECTION
11 TO ORDINANCE NO. 562
ENTITLED, "AN ORDI-
NANCE LIMITING THE TIME
FOR PARKING ON POR-
TIONS OF NATIONAL AVE-
NUE AND PORTIONS OF
EIGHTH STREET IN THE
CITY OF NATIONAL CITY,
CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF."
SECTION 1. Adding Section
1i/2 to Ordinance No. 562 of the
City of National City, California
providing that: Except on Sun-
days and holidays it shall be un-
lawful for the operator of any
vehicle to park said vehicle for a
longer period than one (1) hour
between the hours of 8:00 o'clock
a. m. and 6:00 o'clock p. m. of any
day, on Eighth Street in said City
between the westerly line of Na-
tional Avenue to the easterly line
of Roosevelt Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk
is hereby directed to cause this
Ordinance to be published once in
the "National City News," a news-
paper printed and published in
said City and of general circula-
tion therein.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) days
after its final passage and ap-
proval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by
the City Council of the City of
National City, California, this 4th
day of May, 1937, by the follow-
ing vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Cordingly,
Kilcrease, Thatcher, Warner,
Bird.
NAYS: Councilmen none.
ABSENT: None.
