THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE.; CITY OF NATIONAL CITY',' CALIFORNIA, DO ORDAIN as' follows Section 1. That Article IV of Section 16 of Ordinance No. 628' adopted by the City Council of the City of National City, California, on the 4th day of April, 1933, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: ARTICLE IV. JUNK AND AUTO WRECKING DEALERS For carrying ; on the business of junk dealer or auto wrecking, dealer. Ten dollars ($10.00) per quarter. For carrying on the business of junk collector, Fifteen dollars (315.00) per quarter. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on the thirty-first day from and after the date of its final pas- sage. SECTION 8. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and said ordinance shall, within fifteen days after its final passage, be published once in the National City News a newspaper of general circulation published in, the City of National City, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by. the City of National City, Califor- nia, this 7th day of March, 1989,' by the following vote, to -wit: AYES: Councilmen Cordingly, Kilcrease, Thatcher, Bird.
