AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE �...
THE TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1995-- a

The Board of Trustees of the City of National City,
California, do ordain as follawa:
SECTION 1. That the rate of taxes to be levied upon
all triable property, both real an personal, in the City
of National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
necessary to raise sufficient revenue to carry on the dif-
ferent departments of the municipal government of said City
for the fiscal year 19 35-1926, and to pay the interest on
and provide a clinking fund for the payment of the bonded in-
debtedneas of said. City for said fiscal year, be and the same
is hereby fixed ae follows: For the payment of the prin-
cipal and interest on the bonded indebtedness of said City,
created and outstanding prior to November 8, 1910, the sum
of •OS for each One Hundred Dollars valuation; For
the payment of the principal and interest on all bonded in-
debtedness of said City, created and outstanding subsequent
to November 8, 1910, the sum of .,571 for each One Hundred
Dollars valuation; For all other purposes the sum of $ 1.00
for each One Hundred Dollars valuation, making a total of
u 1.60 p for each One Hundred Dollars valuation of all taxable
proorty both real a.nd personal upon the assessment roll of
said City of National City, for the fiscal year 1925-192f3,
and that there be and fie hereby levied for the said fiscal
year 1925-1926, upon all taxable property both real and
persscnal in the said City of National City, the following
taxes, to -wit: For the payment of the principal and interest

on the bonded indebted n gee of said City, created and
outstanding prior to November 8, 1910, the sum of $ .02i.
for each One Hundred Dollars valuation; for the payment of
the principal and interest on bonded indeb,edness of said
City, created and outstanding, subsequent to Novembet 8,
1910, the sum of $ .57* for each One Hundred Dollars valua-
tion; for all other purposes, the sum of $1.00 for each
One Hundred Dollars valuation, making a total of $1.60
for each One Hundred Dollars valuation of property upon the
assessment roll of said City for said fieo€3l year 1925.1928,
and that the whole amount of said levy be, and the sane is
hereby apportioned to the several funds of said City, as
follows, to -wit:

directed to cause this ordinance to be published once in
The National city News, a newspaper printed and published in
said City, and of general circul.tion therein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shad take affect on the
3let day after the hate of its final passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Trustees of the
City of National City, California, this loth day of
September , 1925, by the following vote, to -wits
AYES: Trustees Bird, Cordingly, Fritz, Murray
NAYS: Trustees None

Ordinances of the City of National City, California, as
adopted by the Board of Trustees of said City, and approved
by the President of said Board of Trustees on the 10th day
of September, 1925; and the title of said Ordinance is as
follows: AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE AND LEVYING THE TAXES
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1925-1926; and said Ordinance was publishes
once in a regular issue of The National City News, as required
by law.
