SECTION 1, Now, therefore, a special election

the purpose of auhmItting to the qualified voters of said OitY

thirds of the votee of the qualified votera of said city voting
at said election, bonds of said City of National City in wild
amount of :;;180,000.00 shall be iesued and sold for the purpose
of acquiring, constructing and completing said improvement here.

SSCTION 18. The City Clerk of said City shall attest to
th adoption of this Ordinance by a vote of two.thirda of all
tho members of said Board of Trustees, and shall cause the same
to be published one a week for two weeks in The National City
News a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said City
of National City less than six dayo a week.
SECTION 16. This Ordinance ehill tao effect and be in
force from and after ite passage and approval according to law.
