'ANcE NO. 572 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE ESTAHLISHUNT AND MAINTENANCE OF REDUCTION WORKS AND FERTILIZER PLANTS IN THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY, CALIFORNIA, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FCC THE VIOLATION THEREOF The Board of Trusts California, do ordain as follows: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm. or corporation to carry on, conduct, or operate, either as owner, lessee, agent or superintendent, the business of steaming, boiling, reducing, rendering or cooking any animal substance or matter, fiseh substance or matter, or vegetable substance or matter for the manufacture of fertilizer, fats, oils, ehieken' steal, or any by.produat of any kind or charactter, or to conduct, operate, maintain or carry on, either as owner, lessee, agent, or superintendent, or otherwise, any reduction works or fer- tilizer plant, or other place where the business of steaming, boiling, reducing, rendering or cooking any animal substance or matter, fish eubstanee or matter, or vegetable substance or matter,, for the manufacture of fertilizer, fats, oils, hicken meal, or any by,.product of any kind or eharaeter, is on or maintained, within the City of National City, Calif«. ithout first having obtained a permit therefor as in this ord nanee provided. Section 2. Ever* applicant for such permit shall file with the Health Department of the City of National City a written application, which shall state the name and address of the sp. plicant, a description of the property, its location, street and number wherein and whereon it is proposed to conduct such establishment or business as mentioned in Section One, and such other Information as the Health Department of the City of National 103.
