HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,901RESOLUTION NO. 15,901 OF THE CITY GSOLUTION OF THE CITY NAT NATIONAL CITY EXTENDINGTHE OF HEBOUNDARIES OF RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING, DISTRICT E (1300 BLOCK OF HOOVER AVENUE) WHEREAS the City Council of the City of National City has heretofore established a Residential Permit Parking Program by Resolution No. 14,356; and WHEREAS the City Council, by Resolution No. 14,357, adopted a policy for regulating said Program; and WHEREAS the City Council has previously designated Residential Permit Parking Area "E"; and WHEREAS the City Council approved the extension of the district on February 7, 1989, based on a petition by most residents of the 1300 block of Hoover Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the boundaries of Residential Permit Parking District "E" be extended as per the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A;" and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized and directed to issue, upon written application therefore, parking permits, as per Section 6 of aforesaid Residential Permit Parking Program Policy; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized and directed to post appropriate signs indicating the extended residential permit parking area.
