HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,916RESOLUTION NO. 15,916 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM GABRIEL LEYSON GADOR AND MERCEDES GADOR AND DIRECTING RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED OF A PARCEL OF LAND FOR STREET PURPOSES (EUCLID AVENUE) (A.P.N. 558-180-10) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED dated June 28, 1988, from GABRIEL LEYSON GADOR AND MERCEDES GADOR, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS.
