RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FROM
WILLIAM SCOTT DESMOND AND FETUAO DESMOND
AND DIRECTING RECORDATION OF A GRANT DEED
OF A PARCEL OF LAND FOR STREET PURPOSES
(EUCLID AVENUE)

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is
hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to
record the following instrument conveying an interest in real
estate to the City of National City:
GRANT DEED dated July 22, 1988, from WILLIAM SCOTT
DESMOND AND FETUAO DESMOND, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT
TENANTS.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 28th day of March, 1989.

William Scott Desmond and Fetuao Desmond, husband and wife, as joint
tenants
HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation, in the County of
San Diego, State of California; all that real property situated in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
See Legal Description designated as Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
All as more particularly shown on a map designated as Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The undersigned Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns hereby
forever release and relinquish to the City of National City all access
rights to Euclid Avenue from Grantors' real property which adjoins the
herein described land.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 8, Anita Terrace Subdivision in the City
of National City, according to the map thereof Map No. 3744,
on file in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San
Diego, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 8, thence
along the southerly line of said lot, North 72°05'21" East,
18.70 feet to a point of cusp with curve concave
northeasterly, having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence leaving
said southerly line, northwesterly along said curve, through
a central angle of 69°11'31", an arc length of 24.15 feet to
a point on the westerly line of said lot, said line being
nontangent to last mentioned curve; thence along said line,
South 17°54'39" East, 12.90 feet to the true point of
beginning.
The above described parcel contains 66 square feet, more or
less.
