RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
DEDICATING AND NAMING A PORTION OF A PARCEL OF LAND
AS EUCLID AVENUE FOR STREET PURPOSES
(A.P.N. 558-180-12)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
National City, California as follows:
1. That Federico Manglicmot and Remedios Manglicmot
husband and wife as joint tenants, have conveyed the real
property described in the attached Exhibit "A" to the City of
National City for street purposes.
2. That the City of National City desires that said
property be dedicated for public street purposes.
3. That the described dedicated parcel of land in
Exhibit Y"A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Euclid
Avenue.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1989.

San Diego, State of California; all that real property situated in the City of National City,
County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:
See Legal Description designated as Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
All as more particularly shown on a map designated as Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The undersigned Grantors. their heirs, successors and assigns
hereby forever release and relinquish to the City of National City
all access rights to Euclid Avenue from Grantors' real property
which adjoins the herein described land.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot 9, Leisure I Estates in the City of
National City, according to the map thereof Map No. 8840, on
file in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San
Diego, State of California, recorded on 21st day of April
1978, lying westerly of a line parallel with and 42.00 feet
easterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of
Euclid Avenue with the centerline of 16th Street, as shown
on said Map No. 8840, thence South 17°43'52" East, 100.01
feet to a tangent curve concave westerly, having a radius of
1400.00 feet; thence southerly along said curve, through a
central angle of 9°23'28", an arc length of 229.47 feet;
thence South 8°20'24" East, 58.88 feet to a tangent curve
concave easterly having a radius of 1400.00 feet; thence
southerly along said curve, through a central angle of
9°33'46", an arc length of 233.66 feet; thence South
17°54'10" East, 42.89 feet to a point on the centerline of
18th Street, as said centerline is shown on the map of
Lincoln Acres Orchard Subdivision, Map No. 1785 on file in
said County Recorder's Office, 6th day of March 1924; said
point of intersection on the centerline of 18th Street being
also 19.00 feet easterly along said centerline from the
Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Quarter Section 107 per Map No. 166 records of
said County, May llth, 1869.
The above described parcel contains 1,179 square feet.
Attached hereto and made a part of this legal description,
is a map designated as Exhibit "B."
