HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,612RESOLUTION NO. 15,612 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF THREE GRANT DEEDS FOR STREET PURPOSES FROM NUNEZ, GOGUE, AND VELASCO BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: The the City of National City accepts the conveyance of three grant deeds for improvement of street purposes (as specified in Exhibits 1, 2, and 3). That pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instruments conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED and attachments dated April 22, 1988 from Lucy 0. Nunez, widow of Raul V. Nunez (APN 561-262-05)(Exhibit 1): GRANT DEED and attachments dated May 3, 1988 from Raymond Gogue and Rosa Cruz Gogue (APN 561-160-26) (Exhibit 2); and GRANT DEED and attachments dated April 22, 1988 from Raul M. and Myrna S. Velasco (APN 561-262-06)(Exhibit 3) PASSED and ADOPTED this loth day of May, 1988.
