RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NATIONAL CITY ABANDONING PROPOSED 1911
ACT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, DISTRICT 200
LEONARD STREET
(GRANGER AVENUE TO VAN NESS AVENUE)
WHEREAS, the City Council may abandon a proposed
improvement project at any time prior to the award of the
contract for improvements in accordance with California
Streets and Highways Code Section 2829; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the
public interest to expend no further City resources at the
present time in support of the proposed improvement project
as described as Assessment District No. 200.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City
Council of the City of National City hereby abandons that
certain proposed 1911 Act Improvement Project more
particularly described as Assessment District No. 200.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1988.
