RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUsICIL OF THE CITY Cam' NATIONAL CITY
DEDICATING AND NAMING A PORTION CF A PARCEL OF LAND
FOR. STREET PURPOSES AND NAYIING IT EUCLID AVENUE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
1. That Hazel M. Krtek, has conveyed the real property described
in the attached Exhibit "A" to the City of National City for street
purposes.
2. That the City of National City desires that said property be
dedicated for public street purposes;
3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall
henceforth be known as a portion of Euclid Street.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 1988.

EXHIBIT "A"
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Lot "G," Block 8, Lincoln Acres Orchard
Subdivision in the City of National City, according to the
map thereof Map No. 1785, on file in the Office of the
Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California,
lying westerly of a line parallel with and 42.00 feet
easterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of
Euclid Avenue with the centerline of 16th Street, as shown
on said Map No. 8840, thence South 17°43'52" East, 100.01
feet to a tangent curve concave westerly, having a radius of
1400.00 feet; thence southerly along said curve, through a
central angle of 9°23'28", an arc length of 229.47 feet;
thence South 8°20'24" East, 58.88 feet to a tangent curve
concave easterly having a radius of 1400.00 feet; thence
southerly along said curve, through a central angle of
9°33'46", an arc length of 233.66 feet; thence South
17°54'10" East, 42.89 feet to a point on the centerline of
18th Street, as said centerline is shown on the map of
Lincoln Acres Orchard Subdivision, Map No. 1785 on file in
said County Recorder's Office.
Together with that portion of said Lot "G" lying
southwesterly of a curve concave northeasterly, having a
radius of 20.00 feet. Said curve being tangent northerly
with aforementioned parallel line and tangent easterly with
the northerly right-of-way of 18th Street.
The above described parcel contains 1,894 square feet, more
or less.
