HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,713RESOLUTION NO. 15,X 3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR AND ATTESTATION BY THE CITY CLERK OF A QUITCLAIM DEED (STEPHEN C. KERM and N.C. LTD.) BE IT RESOLVED by the. City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest, that certain Quitclaim Deed to STEPHEN C. KERCH, a married man as to an undivided one-third interest and N.C. LTD., a California Limited Partnership as to an undivided two-thirds interest, of the property more fully described in the Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
