HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,477RESOLUTION NO. 15,477 RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF PARADISE DRIVE, BETWEEN 12TH STREET AND I-805 NORTHBOUND ON -RAMP SC-3-79 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of National City, California, hereby declares its intention to vacate and close, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways CAP of California, a portion of Paradise Drive, between 12th Street and I-805 northbound on -ramp situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, that time for hearing any and all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation is hereby set for 7:00 P.M., JANUARY 12, 19881 in the City Council chambers in the Civic Center in the City of National City, California. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer of the City of National City, California, is hereby directed to post notice of the passage of this Resolution and the time and place of hearing in accordance with law.
