RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL
CITY ABOLISHING ONE ON -STREET HANDICAPPED
PARKING SPACE AT 1425 COOLIIYV AVENUE
(MRS. COMBEE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 22511.7 of the
California Vehicle Code, the City Council hereby determines that the public
health, safety and welfare will be best protected by abolishing one on -
street handicapped parking space at 1425 Coolidge Avenue in the City of
National City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of National City hereby abolishes one on -street parking space at 1425
Coolidge Avenue in National City as a "Handicapped Parking" space.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall not become
effective until "Handicapped Parking" signs and blue curb markings have
been removed in the area designated above.
