RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION BY THE MAYOR AND ATTESTATION BY
THE CITY CLERK OF POUR QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO ROBERT
L. CHILDERS, INC.
(HARBISON VILLAGE SUBDIVISION)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counbil of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute and the City
Clerk is authorized and directed to attest, those certain four Quitclaim
Deeds to ROBERT L. CHILDERS CO., Inc., a California Corporation, of the
properties more fully described in the Quitclaim Deeds, copies of which are
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1987.

A portion of Quarter Section 103 of Rancho de la Nacion, in the County of

the office of County Recorder of said County.
Said easement being of variable width along a line described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Quarter Section 103; thence
North 70' 37' East along the northerly line of said Quarter Section a
distance of 364.13 feet; thence South 19° 10' East 40.00 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence South 70° 37' West 5.00 feet; thence South 21°
