CHILDERS, INC. (HARBISON VILLAGE SUBDIVISION) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counbil of the City of National City, California, as follows: That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to attest, those certain four Quitclaim Deeds to ROBERT L. CHILDERS CO., Inc., a California Corporation, of the properties more fully described in the Quitclaim Deeds, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
