RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY
APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A DRIVEWAY SPECIAL PERMIT
AT 2848 "D" AVENUE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
That pursuant to the provisions of Sections 13.04.210 and
13.04.220 of the National City Municipal Code, the City Council, on January
20, 1987, considered the report of the City Engineer on the proposed
construction of a driveway located within 25 feet of another driveway at
2848 "D" Avenue.
That after considering said report, the City Council determined
that it is in the public interest to allow the construction of the
driveway, as proposed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application for a driveway special
permit at 2848 "D" Avenue is hereby approved as proposed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of January, 1987.
