HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,220RESOLUTION NO. 15,220 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES AND NAMING AND DEDICATING PALM AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: QUITCLAIM DEED Nizar Younan and Beth Younan, husband and wife as Joint Tenants, as to an undivided 1/4th interest; Basim Younan and Zean Younan, husband and wife, as joint tenants, as to an undivided 1/4th interest; Dalour Younan, a single man, as to an undivided 1/4th interest, and Joseph Younan, an unmarried man, as to an undivided 1/4th interest, as tenants in common. 2. That the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes; 3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Palm Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
