HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,228RESOLUTION NO. 15,228 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ADOPTING THE BUILDING VALUATIONS MULTIPLIERS FOR 1986-1987 WHEREAS, the San Diego Chapter of the International Conference of Building Officials (I.C.B.O.) has prepared a Building Multiplier for the 1986/87 year; and WHEREAS, the tables are prepared utilizing data contained in the Building Standards Publication and data from the various jurisdictions in San Diego County; and WHEREAS, the valuation standards are prepared each year to assure construction cost valuations remain basically the same in all jurisdictions within the county. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that the San Diego Area Chapter, International Conference of Building Officials, Proposed Building Valuation Multipliers for 1986-1987, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby adopted.
