RESOLUTION NO. 15,230 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING TWO DRAINAGE EASEMENTS 10' WIDE EXTENDING FROM RAE PLACE TO VIA LAS PALMAS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instruments conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: (2) EASEMENTS for a storm drain: (1) Assessor's Parcel No. 563-061-74 (Patricia Wells) (2) Assessor's Parcel No. 563-460-04-57 to 64 (Tassajara Investment Corporation) PASSED and ADOP'h1) this 3rd day of March, 1987. , j I George H. aters, Mayor ATTEST: Io e Campbell, Ci Clerk APPROVED AS TO FORM: George H. An easement for drainage purposes in Lot 4 of Las Palmas Park Villas, Map No. 9128, said map recorded 27 February 1979, in the County Recorders Office of the County of San Diego, State of California, said easement more particulary described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the southerly line of aforesaid Lot 4 with the easterly line of Lot 32, Lincoln Acres, Map No. 1740, said map recorded 6 December 1922, in the County Recorders Office of the County of San Diego, State of California, thence westerly along said southerly line of Lot 4 a distance of 59.0 feet, the true point of beginning: thence leaving said southerly line north 50 56' 48" west 32.0 feet; thence north 171 56' 48" west 81 feet to a tangent curve having a radius of 45.0 feet, concave westerly; thence northerly along the arc of said curve through an angle of 23.00' a distance of 18.
