RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND AUTHORIZING FILING
OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TRASH ENCLOSURE
AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN NATIONAL CITY
(ENGINEERING SPECIFICATION NO. 975)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
It appearing to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that all
work required to be done by Fierro Construction Company for the
construction of trash enclosure at various locations in National City,
Engineering Specification No. 975, has been satisfactorily completed, the
City Council of National City hereby accepts said work and authorizes the
filing of a Notice of Completion and orders that payment for said work be
made in accordance with said contract.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1986.
