RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENTS FOR
PERMANENT DRAIN INSTALLATION FOR THE DUCK POND
(North from 30th Street to "D" Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of National City, California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk
is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance
and to record the following instruments conveying an inter-
est in real estate to the City of National City:
EASEMENT from PAUL K. and DORIS L. HOWELL
for a 66" storm drain pipeline dated
September 3, 1986, National City Engineer-
ing Dept. No. 6186.
EASEMENT from JOSE R. and MARIE F. ANGCAYA
for drainage work, a 66" storm drain pipe-
line dated August 6, 1986, National City

County Recorder of San Diego County, together with a portion of 28th Street, closed to
public use, all being in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of
California, said strip being 20 feet in width and lying 10 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Parcel 4 of parcel map no. 8046, filed in the office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County; thence northerly along the easterly line of
said parcel 4, 9.12 feet to the True Point of Beginning, being a point on the arc of a
curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of 450.00 feet, a radial line to said
point bears N29°54'00"W; thence northeasterly, along the arc of said curve, through a
central angle of 0°24'00", 3.14 feet; thence N60°30'00"E, 39.75 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 450.00 feet; thence northeasterly,
. along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 9°30'00", 74.61 feet; thence
N51°00'00"E, 13.11 feet, more or less, to the point of terminus, said point being on the
westerly line of "D" Avenue 21.17 feet southeasterly along said westerly line from the
northeasterly corner of said Lot 11 of Block 4.
The sidelines of said strip are to begin at the easterly line of said parcel 4 and
terminate at the westerly line of "D" Avenue.
