The owner will hold the City of National City harmless from any accident resulting from the construction of this gate, including but not limited to children running into Euclid Avenue, operation of the gate, etc. 2. The owner will not be eligible to request the City to remove the gate at any future date and request a continuous wall. 3. The owner will give up parking along Euclid Avenue at any future time that the City determines that parking shall be abolished due to traffic safety. PASSED and ADOrrru this 15th day of July, 1986.
