RESOLUTION OF '171E CITY OF NATIONAL CITY ACCEPTING 13
COVENANTS RUNNING WITH THE LAND FROM
PROPERTY OWNERS ALONG EUCLID AVENUE FOR INSTALLATION OF GATES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City that
the applications of:

for the installation of gates along both sides of Euclid Avenue from 14th Street
to Seawind Drive, is granted subject to the following conditions:
The filing with the Engineering Department of the City of National City
a Covenant Running with the Land recorded by the City Clerk of the City of
National City, providing:
1. The owner will hold the City of National City harmless from any
accident resulting from the construction of this gate, including but not limited
to children running into Euclid Avenue, operation of the gate, etc.
2. The owner will not be eligible to request the City to remove the
gate at any future date and request a continuous wall.
3. The owner will give up parking along Euclid Avenue at any future
time that the City determines that parking shall be abolished due to traffic
safety.
