RESOLUTION NO. 15,025 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PROTECTION FROM CHARLES L. CUTLER (APN 557-250-04) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT dated June 9, 1986 from CHARLES L. CUTLER. 2. That the City of National City desires that the described parcel of land in Exhibit 'A" shall be a permanent easement for the proposed street improvements and protection work on Palm Avenue.
