HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 15,063RESOLUTION NO. 15,063 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WALL AND RELATED FACILITIES ON PALM AVENUE (SACRAMENTO PROFESSIONAL INVESTMENT GROUP) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: PERMANENT EASEMENT from SACRAMENTO PROFESSIONAL INVESTMENT GROUP for construction and maintenance of a wall and related facilities on Palm Avenue in National City, California.
