RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR
CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WALL AND RELATED FACILITIES
ON PALM AVENUE
(SACRAMENTO PROFESSIONAL INVESTMENT GROUP)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered
to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following
instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National
City:
PERMANENT EASEMENT from SACRAMENTO PROFESSIONAL
INVESTMENT GROUP for construction and maintenance
of a wall and related facilities on Palm Avenue
in National City, California. Engineering
Specification No. 985.

County of San Diego, State of California, according to map
thereof No. 9247, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of Said San Diego County, 13th June 1979, more particularly
described as follows:
Parcel One:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of aforesaid Map No. 9247,
thence South 18°50'57" East along the easterly boundary
line of said Map No. 9247 a distance of 165.53 feet to an
angle point therein the true point of beginning,
thence 70°59'58" West a distance of 3.00 feet; thence leaving
said boundary line North 18°50'57" West; 103.53 feet; thence
North 70°59'58" East to a point in the aforesaid easterly
boundary line of aforesaid Map #9247; thence South 18° 50'57" East
along said Easterly line to the true point of beginning.
