RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TWO ON -STREET HANDICAPPED
PARKING SPACES AT 2002 GRANGER AVENUE
(20TH SllimT ADJACENT TO THE CHURCH OF CHRIST)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 22511.7 of the
California Vehicle Code, the City Council hereby determines that the public
health, safety and welfare will be best protected by the establishment of
two on -street handicapped parking spaces at 2002 Granger Avenue (20th
Street adjacent to the Church of Christ), within the City of National City.
NOW, lautrwURE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of National City hereby designates two on -street parking spaces at 2002
Granger Avenue (20th Street adjacent to the Church of Christ) as
"Handicapped Parking" spaces.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall not become
effective until "Handicapped Parking" signs and blue curb markings are
posted and painted in the area designated above.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1986.
