RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF
REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
AND NAMING AND DEDICATING STREET
(Plaza Boulevard and Southwest Corner of Plaza Boulevard
and 8th Street - Danilo J. & Normita C. Tulagan)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby
ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following
instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National
City:
GRANT DEED for street purposes from Danilo J. &
Normita C. Tulagan, as Joint Tenants, dated April
28, 1986.
2. That the City of National City desires that said property be
dedicated for public street purposes;
3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall
henceforth be known as a portion of Plaza Boulevard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1986.

That portion of land in Lot 1 Map 3700 O.D. Arnold Estates Unit No. 1 in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, said Map
recorded in the County Recorders Office of said County on August 23, 1957
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence North 70°37'00" East
along the north line of said Lot 1 a distance of 344.20 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 76'O37'00" East 10.00 feet
to a point of tangency to a curve concave to the southwest with a radius
of 30.00 feet and a central angle of 109°30'; thence easterly and southerly
along the arc of said curve a distance of 57.33 feet through an angle of
109°30' to a point of tangency to the east line of said Lot 1; thence
South 0°07'00" West along said east line a distance of 169.72 feet to the
southeast corner thereof; thence leaving said east line South 70° 37'00" West
along the south line of said Lot 1 a distance of 3.18 feet; thence leaving
said south line North 1° 06'33" West 170.83 feet to an intersection with
a radial line of aforesaid curve, said radial being perpendicular to the
east line of said Lot 1, said intersection being 7 feet from said east
line; thence northerly and westerly along a curve concave to the southwest
with a radius of 23 feet and a central angle of 109°30'; thence along said
curve 43.95 feet through an angle of 109°30' to a point of tangency to a
line parallel with and 7 feet from the North line of said Lot 1; thence
South 70 °37'00" West 10 feet along said parallel line; thence North
19°23'3" West 7 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
