RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF
REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
AND NAMING AND DEDICATING STREET
(Southwest Corner of Division Street and Laurel Avenue)
(Melquiades C. Valdez and Elena Valdez)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby
ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following
instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National
City:
GRANT DEED for street purposes from Melquiades C.
Valdez and Elena Valdez, as Joint Tenants, dated
December 31, 1985.
2. That the City of National City desires that said property be
dedicated for public street purposes;
3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall
henceforth be known as a portion of Laurel Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1986.
