RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A
PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES
FROM EARL THOMAS READER AND MARY M. READER
(APN 591-100-03)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby
ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following
instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National
City:
EASEMENT dated April 1, 1986 from EARL THONGS
READER and MARY M. READER, husband and wife as
joint tenants —Engineering Department No. 6155.
2. That the City of National City desires that the described
parcel of land in Exhibit 'A' shall be a permanent easement for sewer and
incidental purposes.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1986.

California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate and repair
sewer lines and maintenance road
including any or all apurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under, along and
across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California,
described as follows:
