RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A
PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR SEWER PURPOSES
FROM JEAN O'GORMAN

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby
ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following
instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National
City:
EASEMENT dated March 26, 1986 from JEAN O'GORMAN
-- Engineering Department No. 6157.
2. That the City of National City desires that the described
parcel of land in Exhibit 'A" shall be a permanent easement for sewer and
incidental purposes.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1986.
