HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 14,526RESOLUTION NO. 14,526 RESOLUTION NAMING AND DEDICATING HIGHLAND AVENUE (S.S.&B.A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP) Whereas, the City of National City accepts the Quitclaim Deed for that certain parcel of land required for street purposes in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and Whereas, the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes; Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of Highland Avenue. Be It Further Resolved that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County. Passed and Adopted this 8th day of January, 1985. An easement for ingress and egress over the Northerly 10 feet of the Easterly 190 feet of the Southerly 190 feet of Ten Acre Lot 15 in Quarter Section 153 of Rancho De La Nacion, in the City of National City, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof by Morrill, Number 166, on file in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
