HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 14,527RESOLUTION NO. 14,527 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES FROM MILGEN INVESTMENT COMPANY (APN-558-170-15) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: That the City of National City desires that certain parcel of land; That pursuant to Resolution #7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: EASEMENT dated December 14, 1984 from Milgen Investment Company. Engineer Department No. 5894 (APN-558-170-15) PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 1985. YO ATTEST: After recording Mail To: City of National City Civic Center 1243 National Avenue National City, California 92050 Attn: City Clerk recording requested by City of National City no documentary tax due, per Revenue and Taxation Code 11922 (amended) This space for recorder's use 558-170-15 EASEMENT FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, MILGEN INVESTMENT COMPANY HEREBY GRANT(S) to the City of National City, a municipal corporation in the County of San Diego, State of California, a permanent easement and right-of-way to construct, reconstruct, maintain, operate and repair DRAINAGE CONDUIT including any or all apurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress and egress, over, under, along and across all that real property situated in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows: That portion of land in lot 9 per Map 2366 in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, said map recorded in said county on November 8, 1946, described as follows: A 15 foot wide easement 10 feet on the south side and 5 feet on the north side of a centerline described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot 9; thence north 18° 58' 30" west along the east line of said lot 9 a distance of 70.23 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNbNG thence leaving said east line south 83° 04' 34" west 80.61 feet; thence south 70 54' 00" west a distance of 185.2 feet more or less to an intersection with the east right of way line of Harbison Avenue. The side lines of said 15 foot easement is to be lengthened or shortened so as to begin at the east line of said lot 9 and to terminate at the east right-of-way line of said Harbison Avenue.
