RESOLUTION DENYING DEFERRAL OF STREET
IMPROVEMENTS AT 430 W. 30th STREET
(N.C. SELF STORAGE LTD.)
Be It Resolved by the City Council of National
City that the Application of National City Self Storage
Ltd. for deferral of the installation of improvements at
430 W. 30th Street be denied.
Passed and Adopted this 8th day of January, 1985.

This COVENANT is made by National City Self Storage Ltd. hereinafter
referred to as "OWNER". WHEREAS OWNER is the owner of the that certain real property locatec
in the City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, said owner desires to be excused from the legal requirements to install the
following improvements: At 430 W. 30th Street
1. Install 139 Lineal feet of Portland Cement Concrete Sidewalk.
2. Excavation and grading associated with the above.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of a deferral to install said improve-
ments by the City Council of the City of National City, said owner covenants for
themselves and their heirs, successors, assigns, executors and
administrators as follows:
1. The owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements undE
1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
2. The owner will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement
program of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
3. The owner will install the required improvements within 30 (Thirty) days of a writte
demand to do so by the City Engineer.

The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of California,
County of San Diego and is described as follows:
Parcel A:
All those portions of Lots 33 through 37 inclusive, Lots 85 through 94 inclusive
and of Thirtieth Street vacated and closed to public use to BAHIA VISTA in the
City of National City, County of San Diego, State of California, according to
the Map thereof No. 1815, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San
Diego County, December 19, 1924, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 150 of said Bahia Vista; thence South
18°35' East along the Westerly line of National Avenue as shown on said Map a
distance of 289.78 feet to the Southerly line of Thirtieth Street and its
Easterly prolongation as dedicated by Resolution No. 8110 of the City of
National City; thence at right angles South 71°25' West along said Southerly
line of Thirtieth Street and its Easterly prolongation 1379.17 feet to he
beginning of a tangent 440.00 foot radius curve concave Northerly; thence
Northwesterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 25°53'32" a
distance of 198.84 feet to the Westerly line of that portion•of said Bahia Vista
conveyed to the City of National City by deed dated September 24, 1954 and
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of said County in Book 5410 at
page 330 of Official Records, being also the True Point of Beginning; thence
continuing Northwesterly along the arc of said 440 foot radius curve through a
central angle of 38°38'22" a distance of 296.73 feet to the Westerly line of Lot
33 of said Bahia Vista; thence South 18°36' East (Record South 18°35' East)
according to Map No. 1815 along the Westerly line of said Bahia Vista a distance
of 382.72 feet to an angle point in the boundary of that parcel of land conveyed
to Bahia Vista Development Corporation by deed dated January 17, 1960, and
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of said County as Document No.
62330, Series 1, Book 1960 of Official Records; thence South 88°53'10" East
along the Southerly boundary of said parcel a distance of 93.81 feet to an angle
point therein; thence continuing along said Southerly boundary South 37°30' East
a distance of 117.00 feet to an angle point therein; thence continuing along
said Southerly boundary North 53°35' East a distance of 7.89 feet to an angle
point therein; thence North 18°35' West along the Easterly boundary of said
parcel a distance of 247.41 feet to the True Point of Beginning.

Beginning at a point on the Southeasterly line of said Bahia Vista, distant
along said Southeasterly line North 72°18'15" East, 650.93 feet from the
Southwesterly corner of said Lot 90; thence (1) leaving said Southeasterly line
South 81°46'45" West 188.60 feet; thence (2) along a tangent curve to the right
having a radius of 443.34 feet, through a central angle of 36°10'31", an arc
distance of 279.92 feet to a non -tangent line; thence (3) along said non -tangent
line, North 47°05'51" West 256.40 feet; thence (4) along a tangent curve to the
right having a radius of 905.37 feet, through a central angle of 16°58'20", an
arc distance of 268.19 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said Bahia Vista,
distant along said Westerly line, North 17°44'00" West 631.61 feet from said
Southwesterly corner of said Lot 90.
