RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A
PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSES
FROM MEYER C. WEINER COMPANY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City,
California, as follows:
1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered
to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument
conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City:
EASEMENT dated March 28, 1985 from Meyer
C. Weiner Company. Engineer Department No.
5951, 1973-B
2. That the City of National City desires that the described parcel of
land in Exhibit "A" shall be a permanent easement for storm drainage and
incidental purposes.
