HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC RESO 14,648RESOLUTION NO. 14,648 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A GRANT DEED FOR STREET PURPOSES AND NAMING AND DEDICATING STREET (A PORTION OF N AVENUE AND 14th STREET) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City, California, as follows: 1. Pursuant to Resolution No. 7083, the City Clerk is hereby ordered to execute a Certificate of Acceptance and to record the following instrument conveying an interest in real estate to the City of National City: GRANT DEED for street purposes from MEYER C. WEINER dated March 28, 1985. 2. That the City of National City desires that said property be dedicated for public street purposes; 3. That the described parcel of land in Exhibit "A" shall henceforth be known as a portion of N Avenue and 14th Street. PASSED and ADOPTED this llth day of June, 1985.
