RESOLUTION GRANTING DEFERRAL OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT AT 940 EAST 12TH STREET
(FARROW)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of National City
that the application of William J. and Amarita J. Farrow for deferral of the
installation of improvements at 940 East 12th Street is granted subject to the
following conditions:
1. The filing with the Planning Department of the City of National
City a Covenant Running with the Land recorded by the City Clerk of the City
of National City, providing:
a. The property owner will not protest the installation
of any of the required improvements under a 1911 Improvement
Act Program whether initiated by the property owner or the
City.
b. The property owner will install said improvements in
conjunction with an overall improvement program of the area
whether initiated by the property owner or the City.
c. The owner will install the required improvements with-
in 30 (thirty) days of a written demand to do so by the City
Engineer.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of June, 1985.

Lot 16 and portion of Lot 17, block one of Austin Heights Map 1938. (AP 561-011-01)
WHEREAS, said owner desires to be excused from the legal requirements to install the
lowing improvements:
1. Install 178 lineal feet of Portland Cement; concrete standard gutter.
2. Install Pedestrian Ramp.
3. Install 3560 square feet of asphalt concrete (4") over base(8').
4. Install 3560 square feet of sand and seal over asphalt concrete.
5. Grading and excavation associated with above.
MOW, THEREFORE, in consideration for the granting of a deferral to install said improve-
ments by the City Council of the City of National City, said owner covenants for
herself
and her heirs, successors, assigns, executors and
(.ainistrators as follows:
1. The owner will not protest the installation of any of the required improvements undE
1911 Improvement Act program whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
2. The owner will install said improvements in conjunction with an overall improvement
program of the area whether initiated by the property owners or the City.
3. The owner will install the required improvements within 30 (Thirty) days of a writtc
demand to do so by the City Engineer.
